Opera Anywhere Singers Masterclasses
Opera Anywhere are offering singers the chance to develop their knowledge and musicianship through vocal and performance workshops and are currently planning a Spring and Autumn 2011 singers masterclass weekend in Oxfordshire
We will explore a wide range of repertoire including oratorio, song and opera styles, focusing on vocal technique, contextual and dramatic considerations, and performance practice.
The weekend will conclude with a final concert presenting selections from the repertoire studied, with the goal of instilling confidence for individual singers and a greater appreciation of the vocal mechanism and musical details.
There will be a maximum number of 12 students in any one weekend, all courses take place in Sunningwell, Oxfordshire
